Cannot get refund? No link in Origin Order History.

I hate to say it, but this game really fell short of my expectations. I ordered it only three days ago, but I can't seem to access the 'request refund' link mentioned in the "Great Game Guarantee." T...

To qualify for the Great Game Guarantee you need to claim the refund within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within seven days from your date of purchase or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-purchased/pre-ordered, whichever comes first.
