Capital city runs slow

My SimCity capital city is running and move very slow. But my Regional city (as like Fjord) is moving completely normal in my phone. My Capital city isn't move a single step or hang. Example capital city's cars are move slow or hang in a place. Please solve this bug problem as soon as possible.
