Cim city PS4 .. Water shortage

is there anyone facing the same problem I have? I am playing SimCity on PS4 for 4 months, and suddenly the water problems pop up all around my city! I built the city very well. I have built more than 5 water storage, and water tanks, I even changed the pips again I don't know why! what should I do? I think there is a problem in the system 

I start a new city, and I am facing the same problem with one street and 2 lines of pipes, please help me

    I'm not sure if SimCity PS4 is the same, but in the PC version, the best way to keep your water supply from depleting is to build the sewage system next to the water system. The sewage system treats the sewage and dumps it into the ground as clean water, constantly refreshing your water table, just like in real life.
