City has broken Recycling Center and Broken Garbage Disposal bug where they begin to misbehave if you lend a truck to a neighbor. (This is what i get for being kind). I pulled both trucks back, but when I try to destroy the broken centers so I can remake them and fix the bug it informs me it's no longer properly processing. I then must start over from the rollback point, but every time I try to resolve the issue, it rolls back.
City is SW Dragonisia in Region of Dragonisia on server North America East 1.
It's happened about 10 times now. If I don't bulldoze them it still crashes in 24-48 hours after game time.
