City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

same problem with me. i'm so mad. it took ages to build a nice city and now it's all gone. this is happening to me for a 3rd time. now it is time to stop trying. i wish i never bought this game. i'm not going to try playing again if my memory is not going to be restored.
