City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I have the same problem happend after i stated to begin making a space center. And it was my best city whit 208k resident and it makes 2.5 Mil a day 😕mileysad: Fix it Ea and for the 1000 time buy a test team!!!!!!
