City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I reported this issues this morning and their is still no fix since i am still having the same issues. Are you working on it or even reading this.

It is quite annoying that i cant continue with my city just because it doesn't get saved and returns me to the main menu.
