City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

This too just happened to me, on my very first city (in this version of SimCity) that I spent this whole afternoon creating.  I wish I could just restore my game from a previous saved game...but oh no were not allowed to do that.

Not very smart EA.
