City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

II am also having this issue.  I have had at least 5 cities all corrupt and say rollback or abandon.  After roll back it is unable to load.  What is the point of playing if everytime I do, my work is wiped out?
