City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Got the same problem, any a bunch of other problems, would be nice if they would mention that it is an ALPHA relese you buy for €70...
