City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

What a crap! I get this alert when I am finished with the city for a while then go back to it and play some time. Then i try to roll it back, I am able to go back to the game, but the second city has loaded and is zooming in the alert pops up again.....

How annoying!
