I have been having this problem for a week now. Every one of my cities will eventually give me this error message. It always happens when my city has become well populated. I added a screenshot just in case Maxis or EA has 'never seen' this error before. http://tinypic.com/r/2dqm68y/6

After further investigation, I may have found the problem but I cannot fix it unless I start a new city.
After my first Monster Truck derby at the Expo Center, with a attendance of about 10k people... people did not leave by vehicle, everybody came out on foot and they roamed on the same street for about 24 game hours until the game crashed. They said they were looking for hotels but they were never heading for hotels. They did not even take the bus to leave, just a infinite walking loop on the street. Just FYI, I tried to 'fix' it by bulldozing the entire block.. The pedestrians just teleport to the nearest street ☹️
FYI no. 2. This is only one of many instances. Each city I build will crash with this error for probably different reasons.
