City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Bump.

North America East 2 Server

Rousseau Flats

10+ hours into the game.

I'd been sitting there just watching the Simolians roll in/watching my city get huge, doing nothing for about 10 minutes.

Got the rollback or abandon message

Got booted out to the home screen

Went back to play it

The whole zone was gone
