City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

there seems to be a pattern iv notice from the comments. when you place a second mining operation (coal or ore) the problem arises. I was going great for 20 hours until i added another mine then i got the error (i also started archeology).

this is complete BS. I would like compensation for my lost time (aka my money back).

waited along time for this game.
