City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I too am having the same problem. Get a city built up only to have to "rollback" making it nearly impossible to build great works or progress. SimCity is a LEMON. They knowingly put a product on the market that they knew would not work as advertised. Electronic Arts, IGNORING and screwing their customers since 1982. I wonder if they will ever respond to this topic (doubt it).
