City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Same as the others. WTF I have 209 Hours spent in game. The last two cities i made i spent about 30 on each, after both of them had the issuess we speak off. 1 city was 160k residents, second city, and biggest i have ever created was at 204k residents.

SimCity Digital Deluxe Edition is what i have. My brother has the Regular version. He has not had this problem yet.

    I just had this happen to my latest city... great anyway here are the details

    - playzeanOrigin

    - Las Deri

    - Lannister Point

    - Antartica

     

    This happend when i tabbed out whilst loading the city again after it needed a rollback but that one worked. The one that worked i had been updateing my mansion and BAM city not processing properly needs to rollback...
