City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I just hate this. Spent hours of hard work on my city and poof... City is not processing. WTF? It's been a while. This shoud've already been fixed. You have released a lot of patches already!
