City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Had the same problem. First it was no problem to roll back. but then it just deleted my city. 400k pop, 1,5mio money and a lot of research done. 

And all gone...
