City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I'm so angry... I just got this issue Yesterday evening and I lost my very well done city....

I'm so angry and willing to hit someone! And still does not work now...

and I don't care at all of the gifted game from EA... this is the worst gaming experience I've ever had in my life...

Bring back my city, **bleep**!!!!
