City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Horrible - so fricken stupid.  I get a popup in game - "Alert, your city doesn't appear to be processing properly.  We'd like to try to fix it." 

So it kicks out to region view, I click rollback, I reload the city - and it just fails after a few minutes again.

I'm done.  I'm not playing this crap anymore.  I'm not investing days of time only to at random have my cities become unplayable AND I DON'T HAVE FRICKEN OLD SAVE FILES I CAN RESTORE THE GAME FROM.
