City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

After the update, mine seemed to work for about 2 to 3 hours. But now i get "city is not processing it will have to be rollback" and then it does roll back but i loose 20 min of play. I cant play the game for more than 20 min at a time now. EA PLEASE REPLY TO YOU CUSTOMERS!!! We should all just ask for a refund, they dont care!
