City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

This is single handedly the most frustrating game launch.  D3 pales in comparison to this.  When D3 crashed, at least your character didn't disappear or join up with Diablo.

Saving everything on cloud servers made of cheese doesn't make for a good experience.  Let me use my HDD with the option of offline when you decide to upgrade to salami servers.
