City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Also happened to me, Lost a hole day of my perfect city.. Its complety gone!!! FIX this bull**bleep** please. I played alot of money for a working game..
