City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I have Digital Deluxe version.

Have already had to abandon one region because my city which was based on the Cape Trinity region, in the Clearwater area, kept not processing and being rolled back, eventually it disappeared and my other cities which depended on it, went bankrupt.

I currently have one city in the Clearwater area of a Cape Trinity region, I am having roll back problems with it too.

I have 19 hours of gameplay that keeps just getting lost and I'm getting sick of it. What a waste of time. I resent paying £64 for nothing.

Please sort this out.
