City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

I've had the rollback/abandon, also load the game and it says can't connect...so I quit and it says wait for sync!  Today, played 30 minutes then it goes into perpetual load screen when I visit another claim, waited 5 minutes in load screen then alt+f4 just to reload game and do it again 10 minutes later after it auto rollbacked my 30min play time and then went into another perpetual load screen, rinse and repeat is the common theme!
