City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Having the same problem! My City's keeps on rolling back!!!!

What’s the use playing the game...just to lose everything that you have accomplished in the game!?!

Just to come back to an empty land space....to waste your time trying to build a new city.....just to lose it again!!!!!!
