City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I only see two possible solutions for this issue. One, they provide us with a reliable and stable cloud saving system. Two, they allow local saving. I'm doubtful of the first and will never expect the second.
