City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Third city now this has happened to me. I have a feeling it is to with simcity server keeps disconnecting on me and when my population gets over 150k. Definitely going to forget about playing this game until this issue is fixed, there's nothing more frustrating than to have your city rollback and you lose hours of game time. Would not be as bad if it were a few minutes.

Please guys sort this out god only knows how much business you must be losing with all these issues.
