only way to get this fixed is to demand a refund, they want a community well the community an stand up together to get them off their ass and fix it so we stop wasting our time.

I have paid $100 for this game, and it appears to be so buggy that it should be considered an alpha release, let alone beta.

Same problem for my friend and I.
We have two regions on two different servers and we can no longer access our cities.
We are so frustrated. we put in the time and money and for zero satisfaction, rather maximum frustration.
