City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I've had the same issues.

It keeps repeating itself after 10-15 minutes of playing after the roll back.

The game is pretty much unplayable if it can't save it properly!

Fix the game EA!
