City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Same problem here... I had a working city (for the first time) and now, rollback!

I don't want to restar all over again!!

 

FIX THIS OR REFUND!

    Everyone needs to get on the support chat and open a case. This might make them move on this issue. I now have a phone number and a case number. Go figure that.

     

    Let’s bring them to their knees!!!!

     

    Oh it takes about 20 min to get this done so don’t get in a hurry.
