City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

My city is with the same problem:

Region Americas

my nickname is: rguarita

the city is under this problem is: Entra AEEE

please if is possible fix it!

every city i play long enough ~6 hours rolls back then vanishes. every server. sometimes in under an hour.

the EA motto "its good enough, ship it."
