I have played this game for few weeks
Unfortunately, I got this problem yesterday and my friends got it in these few days too
We all try to select "Rollback" and after we re-enter into the game for around 5 mins, it said something like "not processing properly" and asked us to rollback again
Honestly, we have no mood to play again as you know, all of us need to spend a long time to build a city
We are afraid we would lose other new cities again
I asked my friends if they will buy games from EA after this problem and I only hear NEVER
Even you can fix it in the next patch, I think most of us have lost the confidence from this company
Really disappointed with EA
Really bad experience, ever
I will tell all my friends about this poor experience and ask them not to buy your games anymore

I see this thread has now reached page 16, I was back on page 10, nothing has changed here and EA know it, If you brought this through Paypal get a refund , I got mine today, I certainly will not miss playing this crap.
Getting ready to do that, making several posts, and I am realizing more and more, that I am wasting my time. JUST LIKE WHEN I PLAY THE GAME. Whats the points in playing a F****** game when I log back in everything I just worked on is rolled the F*** back. Pathetic customer service, pathetic support, overall this is single handedly destroying EA for me. Simcity you are officially the first game I will get a refund back because it is entirely UNPLAYABLE. Congratulations.

I am getting this error all day today and my internet is not sketchy and I am the only one on. This is 100% the fault of simcity servers, not my machine.
Today= April 3rd 2013
Server= North America East 2
Rollbacks today - 2 rollbacks today, within 6 hours of time playing. The entire 6 hours has been rolled back to yesterday before the small patch today.
Everything I have tried to build today has been completely rolled back, MORE THAN ONCE, and always after I try to play for more than an hour!!!!!! WOW, complete waste of effort! 😕mileysad:
