City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

These days you hear alot of negativity on the news like "dead here, war there , corruption on the other side, malfunction in this". You can almost compare it to this game :D so much fun and joy lately
