City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

No official word yet? I has happened to me, after spending a lot of hours making a full upgraded city in everything, now I cannot access it. I doesn't even geet the rollback, I get the check back later or visity ...
