City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I constantly get told that I need to return to menu to repair my city.

I'm then asked to roll back or abandon my city. I click roll back and I have 0 population and 0 money. 

Been happening for around a week now. Happens after approx 2 hours of game play. Makes the game totally unplayable...

    Sam issue here. Game enters a loop. Impossible to play.

    We need to get refunded if this issue does not get SOLVED NOW!
