City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I played my city today in a whole loop. Either an error message popped up (reset needed blabla) or I lost the whole oder partial game progress after """saving""", exiting and restarting.

Completely mad! If this would be the only bug... Still having extreme problems with trading depot, recycling and now also with traffic (worked fine till todays updates on the server (so this is patch 2.0??)
