City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Several cities going down every day, there is no way to play this game. Please Fix it!!! You can´t really give us a solution?? What kind of bussines are you running people??
