City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

This was happening to you guys in 2013? It is now 2018 and its still happening!!

They never came up with a fix for this?

Anybody????

I really hate replying to a necro thread from launch. They patched the particular problem posted about here, although there are sometimes issues with rollbacks.

Try running SimCityRecovery.exe - Default location is \Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCityRecovery Right-click, choose "Run As Administrator", and be patient because it can take a while.

If that doesn't help, make a new post outlining exactly what happened to your city and maybe someone can help.
