Anyone else having this issue?I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions.After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not processing correctly. This quits to a region view, where you have to choose from Rollback or Abandon.Clearly, I have tried to choose Rollback, but to no avail.All over red rover - can't get back into that city.If I quit, and restart, it even says "Resume City Name" I think great, until I try it - Cannot load city at this time.What kind of rubbish is this?I have paid $100 for this game, and it appears to be so buggy that it should be considered an alpha release, let alone beta.*HURRUMPH!*

Oh. my. god.I thought I'd found a nice reliable server where this didn't happen.Europe West 6.Hours of happy game playing yesterday and today. (22 hours!)I'd specialised in mining, I'd got whiz bang trade hq buildings and all!Just started to get some big $ rolling in, with metal and alloy trading out at 24k and 48k per day! Ka Ching!Place a second smelter and... bang. "Your city is not processing correctly..."WAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!

I'm so frustrated. This has happened to me twice now on different regions on different servers. Today, there was a fun twist. After not being able to rollback, I tried to abandon it. It kicked me completely out of the region and didn't even show that I had ever started a game on that server. It's a private region and three people have tried to send me invites but I'm not getting any of them.

Same problem here. Wiped out my city of 200,000, researching the space center, over 1 million in cash... If I can't get this city back, I am legit never playing again.

I was on the fence about buying SimCity because of all the errors people encountered on the first night so I thought for sure the issues would be worked out after some time. Now, two weeks on, my cousin and I (we both threw in money on it after buying some drugs) have lost city after city to this problem.The first time it happened, our city went up to about 200,000 people and then my cousin was a moron with austerity to get us out of bond-related debt, causing us to lose 80,000 people and about $1 million. After we get all of that taken care of and get back up to about 190,000, finally making $$$, and we get the error... and could no longer get into our city. It showed it 100% wiped out and trying to enter it resulted in an eternal loading screen.Again, we reached for the sky and ended up about about 190,000 before, of course, we were really making money and the same error happens.Now - two weeks later - we have had city after city fail. EA, we hate your DRM. It's all your fault for this. When Spore came out, the DRM and "always online" BS caused countless problems, so much that after a few weeks I just gave up on it. My nephew tried playing it and with the same problems, he gave up. I tried playing it a year later and the same problems happened. So between Spore and SimCity, no money of mine went to you. None. Zero. Nothing. 5 years because of your DRM-related problems. 5 years. No cash. I am an avid gamer, buying hundreds of games every year - but not yours. No more. If you don't solve this problem, which far outweighs all the other problems with the game, you will never, NEVER see another dime of mine again. You've already lost my cousin and my nephew. Despite all the OVERWHELMINGLY NEGATIVE experiences with EA games, we decided to give you a chance to make things right. It seems that 5 years on, you still can't get it right and can't take a hint. EA, you don't understand something fairly simple: releasing a product that could EASILY be called PRE-alpha is going to severely hurt your already horrible reputation.Do something about this and do it quickly. Gamers are getting really tired of your nonsense. If I buy a game, I am buying it on confidence that it will at least be playable. I, and others like me, have seen repeatedly that buying EA games means it won't be playable for long. Fix. This.

This is single handedly the most frustrating game launch. D3 pales in comparison to this. When D3 crashed, at least your character didn't disappear or join up with Diablo.Saving everything on cloud servers made of cheese doesn't make for a good experience. Let me use my HDD with the option of offline when you decide to upgrade to salami servers.

City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Mine is doing this now too, have you put any mods into the data files?
I only ever started to get the issue when I put mod packages into the directory. Or perhaps a coincident. Either way it's rediculoussly frustrating. There's only so many times one can build the same city over....

Server: Europe West 1
Region: Banana Blue
Cities (current owner): Diamond City (johanullen) and Metal Man (oreoero)
Player ID: oreoero and johanullen
Problem: The cities are accessable for visitors but not for the owner. oreoero created all cities on the map about a year ago and that's when the problem started. johanullen got the game today and since it was possible to visit the cities oreoero couldn't we abonded Diamond City and reclaimed it with johanullen. After that oreoero could visit the city but johanullen couldn't anymore.
Please fix this issue so we can continue playing on this map. Thank you!

This was happening to you guys in 2013? It is now 2018 and its still happening!!
They never came up with a fix for this?

I really hate replying to a necro thread from launch. They patched the particular problem posted about here, although there are sometimes issues with rollbacks.

Try running SimCityRecovery.exe - Default location is \Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCityRecovery Right-click, choose "Run As Administrator", and be patient because it can take a while.

If that doesn't help, make a new post outlining exactly what happened to your city and maybe someone can help.
