The production chain probably needs a kick-start. I would shut everything down to save simoleons, then start each unit up separately from the beginning to get a smaller version of the chain going and expand from there..
well thats what i did from the start of my city before update 7, been playing it every day and since update its like it all went spas and deliverys happen 7am each sim city day. after that no more
I also have 8,000 tons of plastics at trade port, and have 2 factories that can hold 2,000 each, yet no deliveries are happening to send them there after i import the plastics..., so my trade port is forever full of plastic but my factories are running outta it constantly, brickwalling my profit, just doesnt seem rightMy solution was to bulldoze the delivery truck garages and then place new delivery trucks, suddenly everything started moving again. I figure the trucks must essentially get lost and then nothing is being delivered or collected. Call it fleet management!
I had the same problem with elettronic city. Foundry could not produce alloy because truck does not deliver minerals. I tried to bulldoze and re-built truck garages and apparently truck comes out to deliver...but it worked just for one rond...
