Cities of Tomorrow Expansion Pack not Showing up in 'Owned Add Ons' section

I've been sent to post here from EA Help as they couldn't help.

I redeemed a physical code for SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow around 8-10 years ago on the EA app (Origin at the time).

The issue is that Cities of Tomorrow isn't coming up as an 'owned add-on'. This doesn't affect gameplay however as SimCity still loads all Cities of Tomorrow content fine most of the time (it does play up sometimes).

The issue affects any computer I install SimCity on so I think it could be some issue related to my account?

I've cleared the EA App cache, restarted computer, reinstalled EA App and SimCity (many times), tried redeeming the code again (EA app says it's already been redeemed).

Although this doesn't affect gameplay now as I can still access Cities of Tomorrow content no problem, I just want the EA app to reflect that I own this add-on to prevent any issues in the future.
