Does it no longer rain in Simcity?
Title pretty much says it all I could have sworn it rained in the beta. I have been playing for hours on end and haven't seen the first drop of rain.

the water is no longer available in my city ,, I had to buy from neighbours
Last time I checked rain is not refilling the water levels correctly. The only work around for infinite water is placing it next to the sewage treatment plant and building water filters.
