Plss help me what to do

I bought the SimCity 2013 deluxe edition through epic store and yes, I downloaded and played at my old laptop, but I have to delete because I have to switch to a newer laptop. When I search my library at epic games it was not there anymore. so, I have to go to the website, but it wants me to pay again to play. then I open my manage account i went to history of recent purchase the SimCity 2013 that I bought is there. What to do plsss help....
