Does it no longer rain in Simcity?
Title pretty much says it all I could have sworn it rained in the beta. I have been playing for hours on end and haven't seen the first drop of rain.

You can only see the rain if you are zoomed in when it is raining. You can see the rain cloud if you go to region view. It usually rains in the early morning on SimCity.
