That's an interesting solution you offer to a clearly poor product launch: suck it up and wait. If you buy a brand-new car and the engine falls off 5 miutes later, would you accept "suck it up, p@ssy, just walk home" as a dealer's explanation? I don't think so. The company must provide reasonable guarantees. Sure, there can be bugs, intitally. But what we are talking about here are not minor inconveniences - it is complete and utter inability to use the product you paid for, and the only reason is the product vendor designed it in a way that it cannot be used.
