error 26 Sim City

got this error when download ended at 60%. tried all chat said still getting code 26?? how can i restart downooad? or unlock ?

is there a place to go to get help rather then here could not find a working number for ea game? can ea games unload my game and then relocad as new game?

    Hey @lordcymru , try clearing the EA app's cache to see if that helps to unstuck the download. To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache.
