I'm unable to launch my Simcity 2013 game from the EA app. First I get this error: ERROR CODE SMCY-2.
The second error I get when I click 'okay' after the first one is that I'm not connected to the internet. Which is not true ofcourse,
Just spent €20,- on a game that I''m unable to play. :(

Running as Admin fixed both issues risen in this thread for me.

Try running the game as administrator using right click. It should load properly for you. I had the same issue and this fixed it.
Hi, I have a similar problem myself, for about a month now I have no idea what to do, it comes down to the fact that either the servers were hacked off, or there is a problem with the wonderful launcher)
