Also understand why i'm very mad. I bought a $60 game, played it and loved it. I try to log on later and I can't. When I contact customer serverice they say to solve it by myself. If you were in my poistion would you be mad?
- Anonymous13 years agoI've isolated your the account the game is tied in to, I'll pm you to move on from there.
In the future, try to understand the position of our advisor: he can't let you bluff your way through this (as gorath put pretty accurately) and there isn't much he can do to assert account ownership. So just chill out, and reach out. 🙂 Me too and I don’t know what to do. EA has no support number or anything

@PlatanoM4n - You can contact support via instructions here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/How-to-contact-an-Advisor-via-EA-Help/td-p/5650100#ContactSupport
Please note what they say: contact methods available to you such as Phone, Email, Chat or Answers HQ, depend on which Topic and Issue you select. It is important to select the correct situation for your problem type. To speak to someone about your account, go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Select your region and login. Then choose the topic "Manage My Account" or "Find a Missing Game" to get to a game advisor.
I hope this helps. Good luck
