friends list

anyone else having problems with the friends list from the EA app not showing up in Simcity or Origin list?

Hey @tahoesb , would you have a screenshot of your friend list by any chance? Does it appear at all, or does it appear blank?

I'd love to give you a screen of the list but I can't login because now there is a problem with Origin. I can see the list however I added someone in the EA app a couple of days ago and the do not show up in Simcity. When contacting support, they told me I had to wait 15 days which is complete BS because I added someone a day prior and they showed up right away in Simcity.

I finally got login into SimCity. Here's the screen shots. 1 from the SimCity game and 1 from the EA app.

  @tahoesb Thank you for the screenshots! I wonder if you and your friend are playing on different servers? This could explain why you see them in EA app but not in the game.

    Playing on North American East 1. When I switch to another server the friends list is still the same in SimCity with 5thomas0 still missing so that is not it.

Still a good game on it every day lot of people still on it
only one problem when I add friends cant see them online friends list online play
because ya went to EA app everyone still on Origin
not sure what going on please help
PS ya can still make a lot of money on this game
